“All children deserve the right to dream.”

Project Gen Z is an exciting charity initiative launching in 2015, which aims to empower the next generation through education, to build a brighter future, bring hope and create dreams for children all around the world. And to kick off the first year of Project Gen Z, a group of Australia’s leading entrepreneurs and businesspeople are joining forces to empower, educate and inspire young people in Cambodia.

The project will include a series of workshops designed for teenage Cambodians between the ages of 15-22. The Dare to Dream workshops are designed to educate, motivate and inspire the children to dream bigger. Covering simple yet extremely important skills such as goal setting, leadership and confidence building techniques, the workshop purpose is to create and install belief in the children and tell them that anything is possible.

The trip will culminate in a practical business project, which will involve the young people setting up and operating a small business, ‘The Apprentice’ style. And this project will be run by none other than the very first The Apprentice winner, Andrew Morello!

The Dare to Dream workshop series will be launched in Phnom Penh for over 100 children at Sunrise Children’s Village founded by Geraldine Cox. “We are extremely excited to have the team at Project Gen Z run the workshops here at Sunrise. The children have never experienced that type of education before and I know they will grab it with both hands,” says Geraldine Cox.

The Project Gen Z launch party is being held in Melbourne on Thursday, June 11 2015 at Club Pandora in South Melbourne. To book tickets to this exciting event, visit:
